Our Jollof/Stew sauce is a tomato and pepper based product. It is a fully slow cooked sauce which can be eaten on it's own or as an accompaniment with rice, pasta, potatoes, beans and many more. Some people enjoy dipping bread, chips and crisps into it. Others use it to marinate beef, fish, chicken and cook in the oven.
The sauce is a base for Jollof rice which originated from West Africa.
